Rie, Abstracts of Papers Presented at the Annual Meeting of The Japanese Association of Mineralogists, Petrologists and Economic Geologists,   2005 , 本研究では,愛媛県西条市,市之川中流域に分布する市之川礫岩を対象として,環境岩石学的検討を行い,熱水変質作用および地表付近の環境における主要・微量元素の移動・再濃集プロセスについて考察した.市之川礫岩の礫はすべて熱水変質作用を受けていることから,礫岩形成後に熱水変質作用を被り,熱水沈殿物としてドロマイトを主とする基質が沈殿したと考えられる.その際,As,Sb,Sなどが添加,SiO2,Fe2O3,MgOなどが溶脱した.黄鉄鉱が多く形成されていることからAs,SbおよびSは黄鉄鉱として岩石中に固定されたと考えられる.その後,表層風化の過程で,黄鉄鉱が分解・溶脱し,S,Fe2O3,AsおよびSbが岩石中から溶脱したと考えられるが,風化部でFe2O3,AsおよびSbが増加している.これらの元素は風化部で褐鉄鉱中に含有されていると推定される.また,黄鉄鉱の分解とともにドロマイトが溶脱し,CaOおよびMgOが減少したと考えられる.
